Frequently Asked Question – [Buyer]

1. To set up a buyer account on ProPak Connect, click the “Register/Login” button on the top right of the home page.
   
   
   

2. Click “Register as buyer”.
   
   
   

3. Fill in your company and personal info on the form.
   
   
   

4. After filling out all the necessary info, click “Submit”.
   
   
   

5. You will receive an email with the account activation link. Please activate your account to complete the registration.

For mobile versions, the login button is located in the menu icon with three stripes

You will be redirected to the buyer dashboard after login.

You can manage your personal profile, wishlist, message with suppliers, sourcing requests and enquiry in the buyer dashboard.

1. Select your interesting product/ supplier, click “contact supplier”.
   
   
   

2. Please sign in if you are a ProPak Connect member or submit your request as a guest.
   
   
   
3. Fill the contact supplier form, and click submit.
   
   
   

4. An acknowledegment email will send to you and the supplier after submission. If you are a ProPak Connect buyer member, you can send message to supplier in the Buyer Dashboard for further discussion.
